中药联合干扰素对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎血清HBsAg影响的系统评价
Systematic Review of Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Interferon on Serum HBsAg in Chronic Hepatitis B patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To study the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine! TCM) combined with Interferon(IFN) on Serum HBisAg in Chronic Hepatitis B patients. Methods : Search strategy was established according to the Cochrane systematic review, related data of the articles met inclusion criteria was gathered,and meta analysis was performed using RevMan4. 2. Results:The results of meta -analy-ses showed:for HBsAg seroconversion rate, significant difference was found between the TCM combined with IFN and IFN therapy groups after more than 3 months'therapy, RR and 95%CI were 1.63(1.04,2.55). But no significant difference was found between the TCM and IFN therapy groups,RR and 95%Cl were 1.13(0.47,2.72). Cunclusions:In terms of HBsAg and seroconversion rate,TCM therapy is not superior to IFN therapy,but TCM combined with IFN therapy is superior to IFN therapv.关键词
