摘要
Abstract
In this article, through long time observation, it found that some problems exist in the original uncoiler, which go against increasing production efficiency, such as the installation of uncoiler is tedious, putting in pipe is complicated; oil leakage exists in pressure chamber and back oil chamber, and etc. Aiming the existed problems, some improvements for original uncoiler structure were conducted, including revolving joint, tap-plate and retaining arm.Through comparison before and after improvement, it expatiated the advantages and significance of improving measures. These improving measures were tested repeatedly in practice, accepted by customers and with obvious application value.关键词
