Abstract
Aiming at some disadvantages of conventional collected frame, such as rotating roller is easy to scrape steel pipe surface, mutual friction among pipes will cause scar, the working speed of the original collected frame is slow, and only can conduct single direction collection, a kind of new discharging and collecting material device for SAWL production line was designed, which utilizes magnetic roll feeding device, passive roll tract device, collecting transition device and collecting and packing frame to effectively avoid sliding friction between mechanical power and steel pipe, achieve the goal of flexible conveying, realize bidirectional collection and avoid surface scratching, and effectively increase collection efficiency and quality.关键词
