Abstract
In this article, it introduced the development progress of K60 bend pipe, including mechanical properties of K60 bend pipe and its base metal, manufacturing process, microstructure etc, studied and analyzed the effect on the final performance of bend pipe from welding process, heat-bend process, and selection of welding consumables. The results indicated that the mechanical properties of K60 bend pipe can fully meet the requirements of Russian pipeline project. In case of heavier thickness, it is difficult to complete full hardening at the center of wall thickness, the tensile values of the straight pipe section and bend pipe section just meet requirements. Therefore, it is an important research side in the future how to guarantee the harden ability of bend pipe with heavier wall thickness and meet welding performance of steel pipe.关键词
