摘要

Abstract

H2S in oil field wastewater was removed by gas stripping process using nitrogen as carrier gas. The experimental results show that under the conditions of bath temperature 45℃, nitrogen flow 3 L/min, aeration time 30 min and wastewater pH 5.0, the H2S removal rate can reach 98% and can be increased with the increasing of bath temperature and the decreasing of wastewater oil content. After gas stripping, the wastewater pH is increased to 7,5 and the corrosion rate of carbon steel is decreased to 0.02 mm/a, which indicates that the water quality of the treated wastewater can meet the indexes of SY/T5329 - 94.
