酸析—撞击流旋转填料床强化Fenton试剂氧化法预处理二硝基甲苯生产废水
Pretreatment of Dinitrotoluene Production Wastewater by Acid Precipitation-Enhanced Fenton Reagent Oxidation in Impinging Stream-Rotating Packed Bed

Abstract
Dinitrotoluene(DNT) production wastewater was pretreated by acid precipitation-enhanced Fenton reagent oxidation in impinging stream-rotating packed bed (IS-RPB). The optimum process conditions areas follows: wastewater pH in acid precipitation process 1.0, IS-RPB rotation speed 1 500r/min, FeSO4 dosage 0.06 mol/L, H2O2 dosage 0.45 mol/L, reaction temperature 40?, reaction time 4 h. Under these conditions, the removal rates of COD and nitro compounds from DNT wastewater can reach 98.95% and 98.32% respectively, and the BOD5/COD is 0.65. The pretreated DNT wastewater can be further treated by biochemical process.关键词
