Abstract
The sodium polyacrylate-silicasol composite adsorbent was successfully synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method and determined by SEM and TGA. The factors affecting the adsorption of cationic gold yellow dye on the adsorbent were studied. When the mass fraction of silicasol is 20 %, the initial mass concentration of dye is 60 mg/L, the solution pH is 7 and the reaction temperature is 298 K, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for cationic gold yellow is 64.64 mg/g. According to the second order adsorption kinetics model, the activation energy is 2.617 kJ/mol. It indicates that the adsorption of cationic gold yellow on the adsorbent belongs to physical adsorption and lower temperature is favorable to it.关键词
