热处理对脱水污泥溶解特性及厌氧消化性能的影响
Effect of thermal pretreatment on dissolution and anaerobic digestion performance of dewatered sludge

Abstract
The effect of thermal pretreatment on the dissolution and anaerobic biodegradation of dewatered sludge was investigated. Results showed that after pretreatment at 100℃ , 130℃ and 170℃ , COD dissolving rati- os were improved from 5.23% of untreated sludge to 20.08% , 22.50% and 27.20% , respectively. Thermal pretreatment showed similar effect on the dissolution of dewatered sludge and traditional low solid sludge (total solid 〈 5% ). Moreover, pretreatments at 130℃ for 2 h and 170℃ for 30 rain significantly enhanced the per- formance of anaerobic digestion. The methane yields were 24.64% and 38.61% higher than that of untreated sludge, respectively, while the methane contents of biogas were slightly decreased compared with that of untreat- ed dewatered sludge.关键词
