Study on Erosion Resistance of Three Stainless Steels Using Solid Particles

采用增压气流固体颗粒冲蚀试验方法研究1 Cr11 Ni2W2Mo2V、1 Cr12 Ni2WMoVNb、1Cr17Ni2三种不锈钢材料的抗冲蚀性能.结果表明,三种不锈钢材料在固体颗粒冲击下均发生冲蚀磨损,30°稳定冲蚀速率大于90°稳定冲蚀速率.在相同冲蚀条件下,三种不锈钢材料抗冲蚀性能1 Cr17Ni2> 1Cr1 2Ni2W2 MoVNb> 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV,即1Cr17Ni2不锈钢抗冲蚀性能最好.

Erosion resistance of lCrl7Ni2,lCrl2Ni2W2MoVNb and lCrll Ni2W2MoV was evaluated by solid particle erosion testing at 90°and 30°impact angle. It was found that three stainless steels had been erode under the solid particles impact condition,erosion rate of 30°impact angle was higher than erosion rate of 90° impact angle.
