Abstract
Millet is one of the important varieties of China’s cereals,traditional nutrition and health food ingredients.The cultivation techniques of millet in the arid and semi-arid areas were introduced and the prospect of post-processing of millet was reviewed to provide a reference for millet cultivation and technological progress and post-industrial development.关键词
