摘要
Abstract
This paper established a content determine method of capsaicin in Toutongling patch and distinguishing methods of the formula. TLC method was used to distinguish radix angelicae dahuricae and capsici fructus. HPLC method was used to determine the content of capsaicin in the prescription. TLC method has a good specificity . The content of capsaicin may be determined accurately by the method. The methods were simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. The methods may be used to control product quality .关键词
