纤维素-N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮辐射接枝共聚物的制备及其溶胀性研究
PROPERTIES OF SWELLING OF CELLULOSE-N-VINYLPYRROLIDONE COPOLYMER PREPARED BY RADIATION GRAFTING

Abstract
Cellulose-N-vinylpyrrolidone graft copolymer(Cell-g-NVP) was prepared by simultaneous irradiation,and the influence factors of the grafting yield were studied as well.Results showed that the grafting rate increased with irradiation dose and mass ratio,and gradually achieved to the balance.The grafting yield reached maximum when the amount of deionized water was 2ml meanwhile the other two factors in a certain experimental value range.The optimum conditions for the preparation of graft copolymers was obtained by orthogonal experiment.When the irradiation dose was 8kGy with 4ml of deionized water,and NVP / cellulose mass ratio 4∶1,the grafting rate of prepared graft copolymer reached 354.8%.FT-IR picture showed that the grafting reaction occurred in NVP vinyl part and lactam structure was retained.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that Cell-g-NVP enhanced thermal stability of cellulose.The properties of Cell-g-NVP solution showed that grafting could enhance the capacity of thermostability,swelling and water binding.关键词
