中医手法结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medical massage and with infra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate on the treatment of knee osteoarthntis (OA).Methods All patients were divided to 2 groups .In the lnd group.patients have been treated by traditional Chinese medical massage and with intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate.in the 2 group, patients have been treated by intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate in the same time.all patients have been observed jn 5 weeks.ther we judge the effect by change of patients main sympton which are pain of knee.Results in the lnd group fully recover 36 cases, significant effective 2$ cases .effective 6 cases .ineffective 2 cases, in the 2nd group fully recover 24 cases, significant effective 8 cases .effective gcases .ineffective 8 cases.we have used Ridit statistics analysis, P<0.05.Conclusion This study shows that traditional Chinese medical massage combine with intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate is better than only intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate for knee osteoarthntis (OA).关键词
