大承气汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Dachengqi decoction treatment in early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus.and explore the clinical value.Methods 76 cases of early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus were divided into treatment group (Dachengqi decoction+ routine western drugs) and control group (routine western drugs), each for 38 cases. The relaxation time of ventosity, bellyache, constipation and vomit were analyzed. The total volume of drainage ,the time of exhaust and defecate and hospital stays were compared between two groups. Results (1)
The effect rates of treatment group was higher than in the control group (97.37%VS81.58%,P<0.05). (2)The relaxation time of ventosity, bellyache, constipation and vomit was faster in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). (3) The time of exhaust and defecate and hospital stays was faster in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05)> the total volume of drainage was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dachengqi decoction treatment in early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus is effect, reduce hospital stays, and avoids once more surgery. It is a reliable method for early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus;关键词
