Operation Skills Training of New Nurses in the Situation of High-quality Care
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of high-quality nursing service demo project is to improve the satisfaction degree of patients, improving nursing operation skills is one of the important aspects of this project, and training of new nurses is the most important. New nurses have the four weaknesses: lack of confidence, lack of motivation to learn, lack of capacity of theory with practice and lack of communication skills, so we have taken measures, such as: to strengthen pre-service training; to standardize teaching and pay attention to quality; to make reasonable plan and do step by step; to check regularly and emphasize results. After that, new nurses improve their communication skills, operation skills and solving problem skills, achieve high-quality nursing services, ensure the clinical nursing security and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.关键词
