四君子汤合四逆散加味治疗肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征的临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome (identified as Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Pattern) by Combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder on Metabolic Syndrome identified as liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern. Methods: The 62 patients, consistent with inclusion criteria, were divided into two groups randomly. The control group (n=32) was treated conventionally; and the treatment group (n=30) was treated by combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder and that of the control group. Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs on both two groups. Results: The clinical total effective rate of treatment group is 86.7% and 59% in the control group, the difference is significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Four Gentlemen Decoction and Sini Powder shows better efficacy in Metabolic Syndrome Methods that is identified as liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern.关键词
