降脂抗纤方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝34例临床观察
Clinical Observation on 34 Cases with Non-Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease by Lipid-lowering and Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Decoction

Abstract
Objective: To observe the lipid -lowering effect of Lipid -lowering and Anti -hepatic Fibrosis Decoction in treating Non-Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease. Methods The 64 cases of Non-Alcohol Fatty Liver Disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in the treatment group, were treated by Lip id-lowering and Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Decoction, and the patients in control group were treated by Polyene Phosphatidyl choline treatment. The symptoms and signs, liver function, serum lipids and B ultrasound indexes before and After 3 months' treatment. Results: The total effectual rate was 85.3% and 66.7% respectively in the treatment group and the control group; there is significant difference(P<0.05). In the improvement of main clinical symptoms and signs, liver function, serum lipids and B ultrasound indexes and other indicators, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Lipid-lowering and Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Decoction shows certain effects in reducing blood lipid and anti-fibrosis.关键词
