酸性染料比色法测定乌头属不同药材中乌头生物碱含量
Content Determination of Aconitine-type Alkaloids in Aconitum Different Medicinal Materials by Acid-dye Colormetry

Abstract
Objective: To determine the content of aconitine-type alkaloids in prepared aconite root, radix aconite, radix aconite kusnezoffii and Radix Aconiti Brachypodi, and to control Clinical dosage. Method: Acid-dye colormetry was employed to determine the content of Aconitine -type Alkaloids in prepared aconite root, radix aconite, radix aconite kusnezoffii and Radix Aconiti Brachypodi. Results: Content of alkaloids in prepared aconite root is 0.2403 mg/g, 1.0412 mg/g in radix aconite. 2.1149 mg/g in radix aconite kusnezoffii and 0.6702 mg/g in Radix Aconiti Brachypodi. Conclusion: The method to determine content of Aconitine-type Alkaloids in Aconitum different medicinal materials by Acid-dye colormetry can be regarded as standard to evaluate quality of medicinal materials.关键词
