摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the compatibility between Silicalite-1 zeolite and polyamide (PA) , and reduce the non-selective defect in membrane, the surface of zeolite nanoparticles was modified by bisphenol-A epoxy resin with commercial code BE188 (epoxy equivalent weight, EEW = 188) , and the modified zeolite was added into PA layer to make hybrid membrane. TEM characterization shows that after modification the dispersion degree of zeolite in PA matrix increases, and the compatibility between them improves, thus reducing the interface defect. The membrane prepared was used for reverse osmosis desalination with 2 g/L NaCl aqueous solution. The separation performance of hybrid membrane filled with modified zeolite is better than the one filled with original zeolite. When the loading of modified zeolite is 1 mg/mL, the water flux of membrane is38.72L/(m2·h) , which is about 1. 5 times as much as that of PA membrane, and the removal rating improves as well.
