两种断乳方式对小鼠乳腺中β-防御素1 mRNA表达的影响
Effect of Delactation Methods on the Expression of β-defensin 1 mRNA of Mammary Gland in Mice

Abstract
β-defensin has a broad-spectrum microbicidal activity and is an important regulator of innate immunity.The aim of this study was to examine the express of β-defensin l(Dcfbl) after forced weaning and natural weaning.72 female mice were divided into forced weaning group (n=6) and natural weaning group (n = 6) after parturition.At the day of weaning (0 d) and within 5 days after weaning (1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 4 d and 5 d) , the mice were euthanatized.The forth mammary gland tissue were taken and examined with semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The results showed that the expression of Defbl mRNA significantly decreased (P<C0.05)on 4 d compared with the day of weaning(0 d) in forced weaning group.In natural weaning group, the expression of (3-defensinl mRNA significantly decreased at 1 d, 2 d and increased sharply (P<0.05)at 3 d compared with the day of weaning(0 d).关键词
