用体外产气法评价双低菜籽饼与藏嵩草的组合效应
Evaluation of Associate Effects of Double-low Rapeseed Cake and Kobresia Tibetica Using In Vitro Method
摘要
Abstract
This study was conducted using in vitro method to evaluate fermentation characteristics of mixed feed.These mixtures contained double-low rapeseed cake for ruminants supplement at ratios of 25 : 75, 50 : 50 and 75 : 25 with Kobresia tibetic in Qinghai plateau respectively.The results showed that the digestibility rate in vivo of individual pasture of Kobresia tibetic grassland type were improved after mixed, and double-low rapeseed cake mixed with pastures of Kobresia tibetic grassland type with the proportion of 25:75 were relatively appropriate.The positive associate effects of different proportional combinations were higher during fermented in 12~24 h, and then there were declining trend followed as its fermentation time in vitro increasing.关键词
