饲喂青海草原毛虫对小鼠体重及血液指标的影响
Study on the Effect of Feeding Gynaephora Qinghaiensis on Weight Index and Blood Parameters in Mice
摘要
Abstract
In order to establish a new model of oral mucosa lesions of livestock for small animal caused by Gynaephora, 0.5-1 Gynaephora qinghaiensis was fed to experimental mice every day.And the weight change and the blood parameters were measured.The results showed significant weight loss was observed in experimental mice in 15 days, and the dark spots and ulceration appeared in the tongue and gum.The MCV、LY%、MO%、GR% of experimental mice were similar in the two groups (P>0.05) , meanwhile the WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT,LY were decreased(P<0.05).It could be concluded that Gynaephora qinghaiensis could cause oral mucosal lesions, weight loss and changes of some blood parameters in livestock.关键词
