灯具反射罩模芯磁性研磨加工试验研究
Experimental study on the magnetic abrasive finishing of reflecting cover of lamp mold core

Abstract
Based on the interpolation motion control of numerical control machine, some experiments were conducted on the reflecting cover of lamp mold core with the magnetic abrasive finishing. On the premise of ensuring the precision of shape and dimension, the surface roughness with original Ra 0.065 |xm reduced to Ra 0. 035 μm was obtained. The influences of machining gap, poles speed, machining time and feed on the surface roughness were analyzed by the single element method. It is proved that magnetic grinding method can be used for surface finishing of reflecting cover of lamp mold core. Good surface quality can be obtained by choosing appropriate processing parameters, such as the working gap about 1.5 mm , the rotational-speed of magnetic pole 300 ~600 r/min, the processing time about 8 min and the workpiece feeding 120 ~300 mm/min.关键词
