摘要
Abstract
The histopathological structure of lung,intestinal tract,cardiac,spleen,retum lump of a Siberian tiger died from gastrointestinal malignant lymphoma were observed by routine paraffin section and H.E.staining.The results showed that the macroscopically pathological changes of fibrosis focus existed in lung,with hyperemia and haemorrhage in red pulp,the layer of mucosa was thin and hyperemia.There was a marked swelling in the rectum with offwhite slice from right celiac ganglion.The histopathological structure of a marked swelling the rectum was observed to be round cell malignant tumors.Alveolar presented edema,hyperemia and haemorrhage with tumor cell infiltration.关键词
