Advances on Microsatellite Markers in Chromosome 6 of Sheep
摘要
Abstract
Microsatellite marker is widely used for molecular genetic marker technique at present,and plays a very important role in the sheep genetic breeding.The domestic and foreign studies had found that the microsatellite markers related to fecundity traits,weight and wool traits mainly distributed in the chromosome 6 of sheep,and which could use for evaluation of sheep phylogenetic relationships and genetic diversity.So it has an important significance for the guidance of sheep breeding and genetic diversity evaluation.关键词
