摘要

Abstract

This work focused on the synthesis of norbomene macromonomers with poly ( ethylene glycol) (PEG) and the preparation of graft copolymer by ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) of these macromonomers. The molecular weight and polydispersity of graft copolymer were studied by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). It was found that the molecular weight of graft copolymer was between 10 000 and 44 000 with polydispersity between 1. 11 and 1. 22. Moreover, the polydispersity of the polymer became narrowed with the increase of [M]/[I].
