Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on leukemia patients with intrathecal chemotherapy. Methods A total of 51 leukemia patients with intrathecal chemotherapy were divided into intervention group ( n = 27) and control group ( n = 24) randomly. All the patients in both groups received conventional nursing. Meanwhile, only patients in intervention group were given additional nursing intervention, such as psychological intervention, behavioral intervention and dietary intervention. Results The incidence and degree of headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting significantly reduced in the intervention group (P<0.01orP<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence and degree of adverse events in leukemia patients with intrathecal chemotherapy.关键词
