摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate peri - operative nursing care for patients undergoing radical resection of rectal carcinoma by single -port laparoscopy and fast track surgery (FTS). Methods Five patients who underwent radical resection of rectal carcinoma between January and February, 2011 were included. All 5 cases were treated with FTS combined with single-arch laparoscopy. Results All five patients were discharged from hospital after successful operation and recovery, with no postoperative complications or conversion to open surgery. The average length of stay was 6 days. After follow - up for 12 months, there was no metastasis, local recurrence, Trocar or port - site metastasis. Conclusion It is safe and effective to apply FTS to perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing radial resection of rectal carcinoma by laparoscopy, and it tends to result in reduced postoperative pain, fast recovery of intestinal function, and shortened length of stay.关键词
