Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of family intervention on the recovery of patients with anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 80 patients with anxiety disorders were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, The control group only received drugs and routine nursing. On this basis the intervention group received family intervention, which included the health education to their family members while they were in hospital, and monthly follow - up of family education and care after they were discharged from hospital. Hamilton Anxiety scale (HAMA) was used to evaluate anxiety symptoms of patients. Drug- taking compliance and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared. Results After one year, the emotional health condition, medication compliance and recurrence rate in the intervention group were better than in the control group. Conclusion Family intervention to patients with anxiety disorders plays an important role in stabilizing patients' emotions, improving their medication compliance, and reducing the recurrence rate.关键词
