Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of microsurgery patients with acute ruptured cerebral aneurisms and raise the success rate of rescue. Methods The clinical nursing data of 35 patients with acute ruptured cerebral aneurisms since March 2008 and relating literature were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the group, 29 patients had good recovery and 4 had bad recovery with 2 deaths. Conclusion Good perioperative psychological nursing, close postoperative observation of the progression of disease, sound management of respiration and blood pressure, and preventative measures of complications are important to the nursing of microsurgery patients with acute ruptured cerebral aneurysms.关键词
