Abstract
Objective To analyze the different psychological reactions before and after the blood donation, take practical nursing measures to reduce the adverse events in the process of blood donation, and ensure a successful donation Methods Telephone or face - to- face interview were conducted to 6105 unpaid blood donors. Donor's psychological reactions were recorded and analyzed. Results The adverse reactions were greatly reduced among the study subjects. Psychological nursing not only ensured successful blood donations, but also promoted the increase of fixed unpaid blood donors. The proportions of repeated donors were 47. 5% in 2009, 58. 5% in 2010 and 71. 5% in 2011, respectively. Conclusion Appropriate psychological nursing on blood donors can reduce the adverse events and keep the donors in a happy mode, resulting in the sustainable development of unpaid blood donation.关键词
