Clinical observation and nursing of Shengjiyuhong ointment combined with air pressure in promoting microcirculation and growth of low limb chronic ulcer granulation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and nursing of Shengjiyuhong ointment combined with air pressure in promoting microcirculation and growth of low limb chronic ulcer granulation. Methods Sixty patients with lower limb chronic ulcer were divided into study group ( n = 32) and control group (n = 28) according to the date when they were admitted to hospital. The control group received vaseline gauze while the study group received Shengjiyuhong ointment combined with air pressure twice a day. Both groups were administered the same basic treatment and nursing. The efficacies of both groups were observed. Results The outcomes of the study group were as follows: cured in 23 cases, very effective in 6, and effective in 3. The outcomes of the control group: cured in 9, every effective in 7, effective in 10 and ineffective in 2. The differences of cure rate in both groups had statistical significance (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The external application of Shengjiyuhong ointment combined with air pressure in the treatment of lower limb chronic ulcer is simple and effective with no adverse events.关键词
