Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on treating bronchial asthma patients in remission stage. Methods Eighty patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group (n =40) and control group (n =40). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received routine nursing and extra nursing intervention including the observation of the condition, avoiding adverse stimuli, desensitization therapy, medication and psychological nursing. Results The observation group grasped much more disease - related knowledge than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) - Asthma attacks and hospitalization of the patients were better in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the nursing intervention, the forced expiratory volume 1 (FEVj) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) values of both the observation group and control group improved significantly, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). But compared with the control group, FEV] and PEF values in the observation improved more significantly and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing to patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage can effectively slow down asthma attacks.关键词
