摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing of airway hyperreactivity patients with spinal fracture complicated by high - level paraplegia. Methods The breath frequency, rhythm and amplitude were closely observed, the respiratory tract was kept open, the tract humidity was increased, the ventilation mode was set postive, the blood circulation was maintained and the oxy-genationwas kept normal. Results Sixteen patients were discharged with recovery, and 3 patients left hospital voluntarily because of their family and financial problems. Conclusion For airway hyperreactivity patients with spinal fracture complicated by high-level paraplegia, we should kept patients' respiratory tract open, increased the tract humidity, set positive ventilation mode, and maintained blood circulation to keep normal oxygenation level.关键词
