Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education for patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Sixty patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group ( n = 30) and observation group (n = 30). The control group received health education in a traditional way, and the observation group received health education in clinical nursing pathway. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The health knowledge compliance rate was 86. 7% and satisfactoriness rate was 90. 0% in the observation group, which were higher than 56.7 % and 66.7 % in the oontrol group. The differences of the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Implementing health education based on clinical nursing pathway can help patients better grasp health knowledge and improve patient satisfactoriness. It is a feasible and effective way to promote health education.关键词
