Problems and Countermeasures in University Intellectual Property Work：Taking Changzhou University As an Example
摘要
Abstract
The work of intellectual property in university is an essential part in the promotion of national intellectual property strategy.And it plays an important role in the enhancement of scientific research ability and strengthening the creativity abilities of colleges and universities.However,there exist such problems as weak awareness of intellectual property,low transformation rate and high quantity but low quality of patents.Some measures therefore should be taken to promote intellectual property transformation,such as strengthening publicity,improving intellectual property awareness,perfecting management system and mechanism and reinforcing the cooperation between schools and enterprises.关键词
