A Graduated Experimental Design of Chemical Biology: Screening and Identification of Phytase- producing Microorganisms
摘要
Abstract
A graduated experimental design of chemical biology: the screening and identification of phytase - producing microorganisms was introduced in this paper. By this experiment, the graduation students could apply the basic manipulation techniques and the methods of chemical biology and molecular biology to the scientific research. This experiment also could make the students synthetically use their knowledge to the graduated experimental design. The screened phytase - producing microorganisms could be used as the potential strains for feed production. So this experimental design could realize the combination of scientific research and production.关键词
