长裙竹荪发酵液抗菌活性初步研究
Preliminary Study on Antimicrobial Activity of Fermentation Liquor of Dictyophora indusia

Abstract
By using round slip diffusion method and hyphal growth rale method, this study tested the antimicrobial activity of fermentation liquor of Dictyophora indusia Fisscher, including its ethyl acetate extract and water - saturated n - butanol extract. The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation liquor had a certain antibacterial activity on Staphylococeu, aureus, Es-chericha coli and Bacillus stubtilis, and the inhibition circle diameter was 2.0, 2.3, 4.0 mm respectively. The water - saturated n -butanol extract also had a certain antibacterial activity on Eschericha coli and Bacillus stubtilis, and the inhibition circle diameter was 3.0 and 3.8 mm respectively. The ethyl acetate extract had inhibitory activity on Neurospora intermediu and Colletotrichum gloeospori-oides Penz. , and the minimum inhibition rate was 41.50% and 33.87% respectively. The water - saturated n - butanol extract had no inhibitory activity on the tested fungi.关键词
