江西部分地区鸡白痢杆菌病的血清学调查
Serological Investigation on Pullorum Bacillus Disease in Some Regions of Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
The serum epidemiology of pullorum bacillus disease was investigated for different types and different varieties of chicken groups in some regions of Jiangxi province by the serum plate agglutination test. The results indicated that 194 serum samples showed positive reaction among 614 chicken serum samples, and the positive rate reached 32%: the infected rate of different types and different varieties of chicken groups had great difference, varying from 14% to 45%. The above results showed the chickens in some regions of Jiangxi province were widely infected with pullonim bacillus disease, their positive rate was very high, and the popularity of this disease was diversified.关键词
