建立景迈茶区春季晒青毛茶指纹图谱的研究
Study on Establishment of Fingerprint Map of Spring "Shaiqingmao" Tea in Jingmai Tea Area
摘要
Abstract
The author studied the method for establishing the high - performance liquid chromatographic fingerprint map of spring "Shaiqingmao" tea in Jingmai tea area, and it was ascertained as followsL: adopting a linear gradient elution, biking acetonitrile and 2% acetic acid water solution as mobile phase, with the detection wavelength of 280 nm and the column temperature of 30 ℃. The fingerprint maps of different "Shaiqingmao" tea samples in Jingmai tea area had a very high similarity, but there was great difference in fingerprint map between Qingmai tea sample and other tea sample.关键词
