Application of a Post-Project Review in a Software Development Project
摘要
Abstract
Software development is a highly creative activity. Due to its characteristic of uniqueness, after the implementation of software projects, a lot of accumulated knowledge and experience from history will disappear with the end of a project, thus the opportunity to learn from history of the project is ignored. In this paper, project post-project review has been described as a quite necessary part at first; two different review methods have been compared and analyzed after then; besides, a student-course-selecting system project has been introduced as an ex- ample to instruct the evaluation and implementation of project post-project review and promotion suggestions have been proposed at the end of this paper.关键词
