摘要
Abstract
This paper studies the relationships of job embeddedness,job satisfaction and turnover intention through data collected by questionnaires. The result shows that job embeddedness and job satisfaction are positive- ly related,job embeddedness and turnover intention are negatively related,job satisfaction and employee turnover are negatively related, and job satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the relationships between job embedded- ness and turnover intention.关键词
