Abstract
At present, agriculture is increasingly faced with fierce competition in the international market. How to develop the scale management, revitalize the rural economy and narrow the widening gap between urban and rural areas under the current system has become an urgent task in front of the party and state. This article first briefly introduces the meaning of land contract management fights circulation, and then analyzes the inevitability of the land contract management rights circulation and the existing constraints in the concrete practice, and finally puts forward several suggestions of the promotion of land contract management rights circulation in an orderly manner.关键词
