摘要

Abstract

As a kind of scare resource, professional managers play an important role in family business deci- sions and resources allocation. Based on the existing theory of family enterprise professional managers' salary in- centive mechanism, this article discusses the problems of the current family enterprise professional managers' salary incentive mechanism, and analyzes factors and variables that determine the managers' salary, and then con- structs the causal relationship model system of the family enterprise professional managers' salary incentive mecha- nism.
