Abstract
On May 4th 2012, the MITT published The Intemet Industry's 12th Five Year Plan, which proposed e - commerce transactions to reach 18 trillion yuan in 2015 and actively promote the construction of third - party e - commerce platform, and the size of mobile e - commerce application. E-commerce will usher in a period of ac- celerated development of opportunities in China. In the case of the rapid development of electronic commerce in China, a lot of honesty problems restrict the development of e - commerce in China. This article can recommend appropriate solutions by analyzing the main features of e - commerce businesses and consumers, manifestations of e - commerce credit, and analysis for the integrity of the source of the problems of electronic commerce.关键词
