Abstract
Compared to the face-to-face transactions in real life, the network transactions require a higher lev- el of security. Therefore, the design of mobile business payment of exchange agreement is facing serious chal- lenges. The message exchanged on the network is electronic information, and the exchange content is often digital signature.
