Analysis of Causes and Countermeasures of Mergers for M＆C in China
摘要
Abstract
Transnational merger is the production of the enterprise merger together with foreign direct invest- ment. It has become the most important means of international direct investment and the expansion of globaliza- tion of the transnational corporation. As our country has been admitted into the WTO, Chinese market, whose vol- ume is immense and which has great potentiality, has become the main competitive territory of the transnational corporation. The developed countries not only move their production base to China, but finance and other service field also speed up their steps to invest. Transnational merger is a market activity. We should pay attention to the negative influence of the transnational merger to our country＇s economy. Based on this consideration, this paper analyzes the incentive of M C merger and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.关键词
