Abstract
In recent years, the MeiYiJia has gained rapid growth. However, in the process of rapid expansion of the convenience store franchise, many problems have been revealed, which result in the distorted relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee. This paper takes the example of the operation process of MeiYiJia chain stores, illustrates the existent problems of its development, situation and business process, which consists of com- modity, service, management, and finally proposes the appropriate solutions.关键词
