摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment methods of ureteral stones with polyps. Methods The data of 22 patients with ureteral stones with polyps were reviewed, in which 26 were given lithotripsy alone, and 9 were given polypoid tissue superficial burning from January 2010 to June 2010. The double J tubes were removed after four weeks. Results In 6 -12 months follow-up, all stones in patients disappeared, hydronephrosis disappeared in 28 cases, mild hydronephrosis was still in 4 cases, and no ureteral stricture occurred. Conclusion The treatment of ureteral polyps with stones should be focused on stone clearance, instead of excess polyps treatment.关键词
