师资队伍状况对高等医学教学水平的影响
The Influence of Teacher Troops Condition on the Teaching Level of Higher Medical Education

Abstract
Objective To study a new think way and method through constructing a higher quality and specializing teacher troops with "Scientific Outlook on Development" as our gudie. Methods We compared and analyzed the condition of teacher troops and teaching effect during 2005-2008 years and found the special relation and objective law of state of teacher troops condition and teach levels, in order to search the effective way and methods to improve teaching quality. Results (l) As the bear the major teaching education and professional title structure improvement, student professional main course graduation exam pass rates and average, the excellent and good rate was also increased trend; (2) Before standardized training, teachers teaching level and the ability appraisal and assessment, excellent was 25.9% , after standardized training, good up to 77.3% (77.3%VS25.9% , P < 0.01) ; (3) Student satisfaction surveyrstandardized training before bear the major teaching teacher, ability and level of satisfaction, satisfaction is only 70.7% , standardized training, satisfaction reached 92.1% (92.1%VS 70.1% , P < 0.05). Conclusion The teaching quality may be improved by improving the ability and level of teachers with standard training and whole course monitoring of teaching quality.关键词
